Qualifications

Include:

 

 

 

  • 1-2 years mailroom operations experience, preferred
  • Previous experience with the U.S. Postal Service, helpful
  • Must be familiar with standard mailroom equipment such as letter folder, paper shredder, and Pitney Bowes machinery
  • Knowledge of postal regulations needed
  • Possess a good driving record and a valid Texas Driver's License
  • Legible handwriting
  • Possess good human relations skills and time management skills
  • The ability to maintain confidentiality

This position requires pre-screen testing.  Candidates may be asked to schedule testing if interviewed.

Hours:

 

 

 

  • Monday - Friday: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Duties:

 

 

 

  • Distributes all incoming mail and processes all outgoing mail for the credit union to ensure accurate and timely delivery of the mail
  • Travels from the main office to the branches on a daily basis to pick-up and deliver the mail
