Qualifications

Include:

 

 

 

·          Bachelors degree preferred

·          Residential servicing and/or lending experience required

·          Knowledge of mortgage related escrow process and procedures preferred

·          Knowledge of mortgage related insurance process and procedures preferred

·          Ability to implement directions, meet short deadlines and work under pressure within a team environment required

·          PC skills to include MS Word, Excel,  FICS Mortgage Servicer and related systems

·          Multi-tasking skills

·          Ability to work independently within general directives

·          Demonstrated capability with mathematical calculations

·          Demonstrated professionalism for member facing work

  • Monday - Friday: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Duties:

 

 

 

  • The role is a “floater” with multiple support tasks relating to critical work of escrow, insurance and member services functions
  • Follows established process and procedure and is accountable for timely and effective completion of work to include resolution to member inquires, loan set-up for escrow and insurance, loan escrow analysis, monitor and complete remittances of tax payments, track insurance coverage, process claims, manage remittances, complete accuracy reporting
  • Monitor the payment of taxes for escrowed and non-escrowed mortgage loans
  • Resolves member inquires
  • Track required insurance, processing insurance premiums, Force Place insurance as directed, process insurance claims
  • Prepare final T&I disclosure, stripping files, and preparing PIF folder
  • Pull files as needed, sort the Records Retention area, filing loan documents, filing insurance copies, pulling original notes for the processing of Paid-In-Fulls
