Summary of Professional Experience

Ramon Abarca has many years experience as Chief Executive Officer/Superintendent of Texas School Districts. This experience has given him the opportunity to manage the development and to monitor the expenditures of a forty-seven million dollar annual budget. He also served many years as Chairman of the Board of Directors for the Lubbock Teachers Federal Credit Union as well as having served in the capacity of Chairman of the Supervisory Committee. As Superintendent he also led a strategic planning initiative for a school district. He is a staff developer for Leadership Development Process and also for Total Quality Management.
