Blaise Bender is Associate Professor of Accounting and Law at Our Lady of the Lake University. He possesses over eight years experience in public accounting working for three of the formerly "Big Six" Accounting firms, Arthur Andersen & Co., Deloitte Touche, and Ernest and Young. Mr. Bender was also a Controller and CFO in private industry. He also maintains a legal consulting practice dealing with various tax matters including corporate and partnership taxation, estate planning, corporate legal counsel, mergers and acquisitions, strategic planning and business development issues. His consulting includes Fortune 500 companies and national non-profit organizations.
