Independent Consultant, Orlando, Florida, April 1996. Provided technical and programmatic expertise during the preparation of the oral presentation of a $100M per year U.S. Government contract proposal.

U.S. Army, Various Locations Worldwide, career military officer, 1981 – 1996. Retired early after a fifteen-year distinguished career; now a disabled veteran.
