^* New Balance Transfers initiated during the promotional period, February 1 through June 30, 2008, will carry the promotional rate of 4.9% for 6 billing cycles. After the 6^th billing cycle, the rate and balance will convert to the then current posted Balance Transfer rate for that product and plan until the balance is paid in full.
