eNFACT - protection from possible debit card fraud
Have you received an automated telephone message asking about a charge made on your SACU debit card (by you or maybe someone else)?
Did you wonder what triggered this call?
eNFACT, a neural network
You may have been called because SACU's debit card processor monitors debit card activity with eNFACT. eNFACT is a neural network that automatically "scores" a card's usage activity, based on normal spending patterns. A high score on a debit card may warrant a call from eNFACT. eNFACT will leave a message for you, asking you to confirm whether or not the transactions are authorized.
Help eNFACT work for you
Let SACU know when you are planning to travel, even in the United States.
Be sure to update your contact information so that SACU's database will include your current mailing address and a telephone number where you can be most easily contacted by eNFACT, if needed, to verify recent transactions or accept/refute any questionable transactions.
